Jes Schneider is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, and producer hailing from Houston, Texas. His music reflects his deep passion and love for the art, combining elements of rock, blues, country, and folk with his powerful vocals. Born in 1991, Jes was captivated by music from a young age and drew inspiration from artists like Metallica, Goo Goo Dolls, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Carlos Santana, and John Mayer. He purchased his first guitar at the age of 11 and joined the middle school chapel band upon returning to Houston. In 2010, Jes formed his first band called Jester's Reign, which later became Kid Colt Outlaw. After a year and a half, he embarked on a solo career. Jes encountered struggles along the way but found support from Hank Lamb, a local in Houston's music community. Through his association with Hank and KPFT, Jes gained opportunities and formed three projects: Jes & Friends, Electric Van, and Cosmic Outlaws. He has performed regionally and opened for notable artists such as Trae Pierce/Soul Asylum, Patrice Pike, Josh Pearson, and Roadside Glorious, among others.
